Scratch Programming Course for Kids
Unlock a world of creative coding and fun!
Getting Started with Scratch
Learn to Code Through Play.
Course Overview
Welcome to Websdew Kids' Scratch Programming Course — an exciting, beginner-friendly coding journey crafted specifically for children aged 7 to 12. Scratch is a globally recognized visual programming language developed by MIT that enables kids to create stories, animations, games, and interactive projects by snapping together code blocks — like virtual LEGO bricks!
In this 4-week course, children learn the foundations of computer science in a playful, hands-on way. Each session introduces new concepts such as sequences, loops, conditions, and events. By the end of the course, students will be able to create their own simple games and animations, boosting their creativity and logical thinking.
Unlike traditional code-heavy environments, Scratch provides a colorful and intuitive platform that makes programming accessible and fun — no typing or syntax errors to worry about. This course not only builds early coding skills but also improves children's storytelling, problem-solving, and digital literacy, preparing them for more advanced languages like Python in the future. Whether your child dreams of building games, animating characters, or simply wants a creative outlet that’s screen-smart and skill-building — this course is the perfect first step.
